Whether you're chasing coastlines, crossing borders, or simply slowing down somewhere beautiful, The Laurent gives you the freedom to do it without compromise. Sleep & lounge The centrepiece is a motorised elevator bed — at the touch of a button it rises to reveal a full lounge area underneath, giving you a proper place to relax, work, or entertain during the day without ever having to dismantle or rearrange. Come evening, the bed descends into a plush, hotel-quality sleeping space. It's one of the smartest uses of van space you'll find in any conversion. Kitchen & cooking A fully fitted kitchen means you'll eat as well on the road as you do at home. The setup includes a built-in stove, sink, and generous pantry storage, plus a Ninja 12-in-1 air fryer and oven for serious cooking capability. Keeping it all fresh is a 90-litre compressor fridge/freezer — big enough for a full weekly shop. With 200 litres of fresh water onboard, you're genuinely self-sufficient. Bathroom & comfort A full en-suite with hot shower — powered by the Truma Combi D6E — means no trudging to site facilities. The portable toilet sits neatly within the bathroom space and can be removed when not needed, freeing up room exactly when you want it. Hot water and cabin heating are both handled by the Truma, so you're warm and comfortable in any season. Power & off-grid capability 800W of solar panels cover the roof, feeding into two Fogstar lithium batteries — a serious off-grid system that keeps everything running day and night without needing a hookup. Two MaxAir roof fans (one Deluxe, one Dome) keep the air circulating in all conditions, and the whole system is built to handle extended off-grid living without compromise.
