Hiring rules
- No smoking inside the vehicle.
- Please do not leave the awning fully extended when away from the vehicle or in bad weather.
- Please return the van on time, undamaged, clean, and with a full tank of fuel.
- Festivals are possible, but please message us before booking so we can confirm if it's an option for you.
- Standard pickup time is from 2 pm on the day of hiring.
- Dropoff time is before midday on the final day of hire.
- Pickup and Dropoff times can be flexible, so just drop us a message, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
