  • To help us keep the campervan clean, comfortable, and ready for the next adventure, please return it in the same condition it was collected.
  • Before returning the van, please ensure:
  • * The fuel tank is refilled to the same level as when collected, ideally full.
  • * The inside of the campervan is clean and tidy.
  • * All rubbish has been removed.
  • * The kitchen area, surfaces, and equipment are left clean.
  • * The toilet has been emptied, rinsed, and cleaned where possible.
  • * Any personal belongings are removed.
  • * Any damage, breakages, or issues are reported before return.
  • **Charges from the security deposit**
  • If the campervan is returned without these steps being completed, costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
  • We want every guest to enjoy a clean, fresh, and adventureready campervan, so thank you for helping us look after it.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Refundable Accident Excess

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The bond for this van depends on the owner's insurance policy. Please ask the owner for the amount after your booking request. Camplify will charge you up to this amount per damage event on behalf of the owner.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
