Hiring rules
- Van should be returned with the same level of fuel as supplied with (full tank where possible).
- Van should be returned in the condition it was supplied in and care should be taken to make sure it is not damaged in any way (any internal or external damage will be deducted from the deposit with damage over that limit payed out by the renter).
- Drivers must have no more than up to two minor convictions (3 points each) or any single 6 point or higher minor conviction over three years ago, without prior notification.
- Any claims in the past 5 years must also be notified in advance.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
