  • • The motorhome must be driven and cared for responsibly at all times. • No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. • Pets and festival use are by prior agreement only. • Stacey must be returned clean, tidy, and with fuel topped up to the same level as at collection. • Only named and approved drivers may drive the vehicle. • Any damage or issues must be reported as soon as possible. These rules are in place to ensure Stacey remains in excellent condition for all guests and future hires.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
