  • Muddy Paw Caravan Hire – Rental Rules & Conditions
  • To ensure everyone enjoys their holiday and the caravan remains in excellent condition, please read and agree to the following rules before booking:
  • Before You Travel please take note:
  • Delivery Charges: £1.50 per mile.
  • The named hirer must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
  • During Your Hire
  • Please treat the caravan and all equipment with care and respect.
  • The caravan must not be sublet or used by anyone not named on the booking.
  • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the caravan.
  • Any damage, breakages, or faults must be reported immediately.
  • Pets
  • Wellbehaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in the caravan.
  • Please clean up after your pets and keep furnishings free from pet hair and damage.
  • Smoking & Vaping
  • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan or awning.
  • Evidence of smoking may result in the loss of part or all of the security deposit.
  • Cleaning
  • Please leave the caravan clean and tidy.
  • Wash and put away any used crockery, utensils, and cookware.
  • Empty rubbish before returning the caravan.
  • Awning
  • A full awning is included with your hire.
  • Full instructions on erecting and packing away the awning will be provided.
  • The hirer is responsible for the awning while on hire and for ensuring it is properly secured in windy conditions.
  • Any damage to the awning or missing parts may incur replacement costs.
  • Our Promise
  • We want every guest to have a fantastic, stressfree adventure in our Muddy Paw Caravan. If you're unsure setting up the awning, or using any equipment, we'll happily provide guidance during handover to help you enjoy a smooth stay.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £250.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
