We are a family-run business based in Staffordshire, offering a range of motorhomes for hire, including the Fiat Sunlight A70 motorhome, ideal for families. This model, named "H6", is perfect for your next family adventure. This spacious 6-berth motorhome is designed for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the King-size bed above the cab or in the rear King-size bed. The dining area also converts into a sleeping area, although it is best suited for 2 small children. For your safety, the motorhome has seatbelts in both the cab and the rear, ensuring secure travel for all passengers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gas hob and a large fridge/freezer with ample food storage. The kitchen also offers plenty of cupboard space to store all your essentials. The motorhome comes fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, a kettle, and more. The spacious garage area contains electrical hook-up cabling, levelling ramps, and outdoor table and chairs for your convenience. An awning on the side provides a large covered space, ideal for dining or enjoying a BBQ outdoors. The motorhome heating and water runs on gas. Unlimited mileage on all UK travel. Your booking includes full insurance (additional charges may apply for EU travel), breakdown cover, and a full tank of diesel. We kindly ask that the motorhome be returned in the same clean condition to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Bed sheets are included but you will be required to bring your own pillows and duvets. Confident drivers only please, Small dogs are welcome, for an additional £50.00, but are not allowed on the furniture. If the van gets very dirty externally, we recommend you get this cleaned before returning, to avoid a surcharge of £50.00. Internally, we would expect it to be in a clean condition, along with the toilet been emptied and the fuel tank full. 7 days is a minimum rental period especially in the busy times of the year. We will accept shorter bookings (minimum of 5 days depending on the time of year) but only upon request. All Drivers must of held a full licence for at least 2 years and be over 25 years of age.

Hiring rules

  • Standard pickup / dropoff times are 10am return and 3pm collection

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Our family, (2 adults, 2 children 12 & 16 and a large dog), spent our holiday exploring the stunning South West coast of England in a Highwood 5-berth motorhome, and it was an unforgettable adventure. The motorhome gave us the freedom to travel at our own pace, stop in charming seaside towns, and wake up to incredible views right outside our door of lakes with still calm waters with mirror like reflections of the surrounding countryside, and monumental mountains. The coastline offered a mix of dramatic cliffs, sandy beaches, and quaint fishing villages. Highlights included, Chesil beach, Abbotsford botanical gardens, Weymouth, Jurassic Coast, Lands End, St Ives, Tintagel, Bude, and the lighthouse at Highland point (which was closed), and then on in to Wales Lake Bala and Snowdonia National Park. Driving along the coastal roads was scenic, and the motorhome gave us both comfort and flexibility having our kitchen, beds, and space to relax wherever we went. Traveling as a family of 4 in a 5-berth motorhome worked really well. It was cosy at times (challenging), but that added to the fun, and evenings together inside the motorhome after a day of exploring were some of our favourite moments, integrating playing board and card games while parents sipped a glass of prosecco or two. Campsites were easy-ish to find, and the community spirit among other motorhome travellers was welcoming, with the secret wave as you drove past each other :)) Overall, it was a perfect way to experience the South West coast and Wales combining the adventure of the open road and tricky village lanes and country roads, with the comforts of home amenities. We came back with lots of enjoyable memories, a slower pace of life, and a new appreciation for Englands beautiful coastal scenery. Oh yes, the 5 berth Fiat engine motorhome from Rob at Highwood motorhomes did not let us down.

    Brand new van, with everything needed for a great trip. From the checkin to the checkout these guys are excellent. Highly Highly recommended. We had so many issues with enquiries for other providers on camplify (including 1 provider that cancelled after we paid!)... but this provider is genuine, upfront and providing an A* service. We will be back ! Thanks Robert!
