Situated about 100metres from the beach and 500metres from a bird watchers paradise. We are within a 20minute drive to the historic towns of Rye and Hastings which are both 'Cinque Ports (a historic group of coastal towns in Kent, Sussex formed by charter in 1155 to protect the South East of England from invasion). Our caravan is sited on Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park which is very popular with young and old. For details go to their website.

Additional information

Our caravan has: A double bedroom with a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobes, drawers and is en-suite. A twin room with 2 single beds and wardrobes. A family bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen has a gas oven, hob, microwave oven, kitchen, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, saucepans, oven trays etc. breakfast bar with 2 stools. The lounge has 32in TV with freeview and Sky, superfast internet connection. DVDs, toys, reading books, A dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a 3 seater leather sofa (with the 5th bed underneath) and a matching armchair. Guest access The caravan benefits from its own patio area with table and chairs, it also has its own raised decking just outside the front door. Other things to note All we ask is for you leave the caravan the way you found it. No smoking or vaping in the caravan at all times.

Hire Fee: From £50.00 per day
Service fee: £40.00

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £80.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
