Hiring rules
- No smoking in the van
- Van to be returned in the cleanliness standard it was provided in. Additional cleaning fee of £35.00 to be applied if not brought back in this standard
- Toilet cassette to be emptied prior to end of the booking. £25.00 fee to be applied if not emptied or completely.
- Wastewater to be emptied prior to end of the booking. £10.00 fee to be applied if not emptied or completely.
- Upon pickup, if there are stains on the mattresses, a £35.00 valet fee per mattress needing the deep cleaning will be applied.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £250.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
