Cancellations

- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mark 5.0We had a great experience with the motorhome it was perfect for our family of four. The size was very manageable, even in car parks, which made traveling a lot easier. Russell was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. Highly recommended!

Sheila Martine 5.0We went with another couple with their own camper van.si spent more time in their van as the lay out was better for us. Everything worked and Russell was very knowledgeable about the NC500 and gave us a few tips. Needs more cutlery and one bigger pan. Could also do with a dust pan and brush and some cleaning products to keep it fresh on the journey. Would definitely hire from Russell again but go for a different configuration.
