Roomy 3 Bed Holiday Home. Large open plan Living room/kitchen. Two free standing sofas, one three seater with pull bed sofa and other two seater. Decking at front with outside seats and table for the lovely sunny morning and nights. Good size Kitchen with Large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, small Forman grill and full size microwave. Hoover and Iron and board supplied. Master room with ensuite is very roomy, with double bed with overhead storage and 42 inch Tv. It has a a good size wardrobe. Two double rooms with two single beds and small wardrobe and overbed storage space. Toilet with large shower cubicle. Parking to the side of Holiday home with enough space for two large cars. Space to the side of Holiday home with paving stone to put the small Bbq supplied. Large area behind Holiday home from children to play with fence to keep them safe.

Hiring rules

No Smoking or Vaping inside or on Decking.
No Hen/stag parties.
No BBqs on decking or next to Holiday home.
Maximum of 8 Guests.
No bikes or scooter inside Holiday home or on decking.
No Charging of Electric Vehicle from the holiday home.
Must be cleaned before leaving and rubbish removed.
Checkin time no earlier than 3pm / checkout time no later than 10am unless by prior agreement.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £95.00 per day
Service fee: £50.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
