Additional information
I have my own fully comprehensive 'self drive or hire' insurance so feel free to save yourself the extra 'excess reduction charge' as the excess is the lowest available £500.00 for ages 18-85 The price includes insurance, breakdown cover and parking for your car on our drive in Worcester. Fresh and waste water tanks are underneath the van for stealthy city showering. The fresh tank will be full on arrival and can be filled up from any tap or container with supplied kit. Pick up & drop off is evening to evening as standard, as I work Mon-Thurs 8-6pm and Fri 8-2pm (unless alternative times are agreed). Free mileage is 700/wk (100/day PRO RATA) Diesel and gas to be returned full Please expect some cosmetic imperfections as my van is used regularly! For bookings longer than one week - if your dates are not available - please contact me as we may be able to rearrange something :)
Hiring rules
- Pick up drop off is evening to evening as standard as I work MonThurs 86pm, Fri 82pm (unless alternative times are requested).
- Pets are welcome as long as they are well trained.
- Mileage is PRO RATA 700/wk) (a 4 day booking would be 400 miles) after which is 30p/mile
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mandy 4.8First off, dealing with Jon was great. He sorted out the issue we had with the power and was incredibly patient with us. Flam is a great compact sized van and was good for us for the long weekend at a festival. Flam is a self build camper van and so is not as slick as more expensive campers but it has everything you need, especially a comfortable mattress. Flam is well equipped and everything has its place which was fab. You do need to be able to pull yourself up on to the bed if you have little legs like me (!). There is a little step but it was still a stretch for me.
Hayley 5.0FLAM is brilliantly designed and kitted out. We had a great time travelling through Cornwall.

Neil 5.0We loved FLAM and had a perfect weekend break in the Lakes. Jon was very helpful and assisted us with a query while we were away. FLAM has lots of nice touches, cooking utensils and camping equipment to make for a great trip. The garage has loads of storage space and the bed was comfortable too.
