Hiring rules

- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Please return the van in the same cleanliness condition it was provided in or you may incur a £30.00 excess cleaning fee.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Michael 5.0Paul is a wonderful host and made a concerted effort to ensure our time away in Bertie was as comfortable as possible, taking extra time to show us how everything works. Bertie had only 13k miles and felt like new, beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom function really well, leaving us able to cook full meals and avoid using shower blocks etc. Couldn't have been any better experience. Thank you.
