Hiring rules

No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
No smoking inside the van
pets only upon application
festivals allowed with prior permission
Hirer age restrictions (Camplify Flex insurance covers 25 70 yrs of age)
Van must return cleaned or will incur a £60.00 fee.
Pick up from 3pm Drop back by 12pm.
No freecamping
Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £600.00 per day
Service fee: £30.00

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
