Hey traveller! This is Luna, our 2 berth (+1 small child) self-built fully off-grid campervan. It has all the amenities you need to make your adventures as comfortable as possible. Clean, tidy and well looked after van, ready to take you away. Everything is there to make your life on the road easy! If you have any special requests, please let me know! It's all there: - 12V / 220V power sockets. (Both UK and EU plugs!) - 590W of solar power and 200Ah Lithium Batteries. - DC-DC charger, so you can charge the batteries while you drive (you usually don't need it) - Fridge/Freezer - Diesel heater - Hot water. (That's right, hot water in less than 15 minutes - using the Diesel boiler) - Hot shower - Toilet - Fresh water tank (110L) - Lots of storage for the longer trips. - Super comfy camping chairs and table. - Barbeque (On request) - Air ventilator - Cooking area (A camping Gas cooker will be provided, as the Gas certification is still pending)

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £700.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great time with the van - Alex was great, gave very clear instructions. The van had everything we needed, including a toilet and hot shower, which made our off grid camping adventure really easy! The bed is comfortable, it has great electric and cooking facilities. We would happily book it again :)

    We had a lovely time traveling around Scotland with Luna. The van was well equipped with lots of space, a comfy bed, heating, many charging sockets and the comfort of a small bathroom.

    We hired Luna on August 2023 and we had the best time! The handover from Alex was perfect and the van is lovely, really comfortable for 2 people. Driving it on single-track roads around the country may be challenging at the beginning for foreigners but you get used to it pretty fast. Fantastic experience!
