Hiring rules

  • No Smoking or Vaping allowed.
  • Minimum Hire age 27 driver 6 points max
  • European drivers., Australian and New Zealand Licence accepted. ( Min 2yrs driving experience)
  • No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last 5years
  • USA and Canada licence at least 4 yrs. Other countries please enquire
  • 6 points, any more will need to referred.
  • Small pets allowed but not allowed on the upholstery. £25.00 charge
  • For Bringing small pets, please make sure to clean the inside to a reasonable standard Cleaning charge of £50.00 if there is any soiling, stains on upholstery and fittings.
  • Europe bookings now taken and incur an extra £175.00.charge.
  • No groups of all male or female parties under the age of 30yrs.
  • No Festivals.
  • June July August and Sept bookings are a Min of 5 Days
  • Mileage allowance for 7day hire 1000 miles.
  • 4 day mileage allowance 600 miles.
  • Excess miles charged @ 32p per mile.
  • The vehicle will have a full tank of fuel on collection. a cash deposit of £100.00will be taken on collection, this will be refunded if the vehicle is returned back with a full tank tank of fuel.
  • WIFI is charged at £2.00 per day payable on collection if required.
  • New Bike carrier available £30.00 per hire
  • Pick up time is 4PM
  • Drop off time is 12PM
  • Hirer must be 27 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This was our first adventure in a motorhome, it was an amazing experience. Carl was extremely informative right from the initial hire request . On collection Carl was friendly and explained everything about the motorhome in detail, returning the vehicle was again very straightforward. The motorhome itself is extremely clean and tidy and so comfortable. It is extremely well equipped, even down to a supply of board games and the heating system works wonderfully for chilly evenings, it is so cosy. We would certainly hire this van again for another adventure, thank you Carl.

    Carl is a lovely guy, he explained everything to us very thoroughly! And answered any questions. It was our first time hiring a motorhome, but no problems at all, and was very good to drive. Enjoyed every minute of it! Would highly recommend Carl and his motorhome poppys delight! Thank-you

    This is a superb Motorhome and it was immaculate. We had a wonderful holiday in Northumberland with our 2 dogs. Carl was brilliant with he handover and all communication. I was pleased to see Poppy the namesake at the window . She is as gorgeous as the motorhome. Thank you Carl
