  • We want you to enjoy your stay but ask you to respect the following house rules please.
  • 1. No smoking inside
  • 2. No pets
  • 3. No festivals
  • 4. No groups
  • 5. Person booking must be 21 or older.
  • 6. Standard check in time is after 2pm and check is 11am unless by prior arrangement
  • 7. Please leave all patio furniture covered as found above departure
  • 8. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
  • 9. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £250.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
