SLEEPING SPACE: Rear bunk beds, a double drop-down bed with a ladder over the driver's cab and a convertible dinette in the living space below the drop-down double bed for 2 people. The mattresses are comfy Duvalay and are covered with mattress protectors. We do however request that you take care of extra protection if you have little ones who are still potty training : ) Do remember to bring with you your own bedding and linen as this is not provided. Bed Sizes: Front Double in dinette - 2.11m x 1.39m Front Drop Down Bed - 1.93m x 1.27m Rear Upper Bunk Bed - 1.95m x 0.76m 75kg max weight Rear Lower Bunk - 1.89m x 0.73m 75kg max weight LIVING SPACE: Indoors - A double dinette as a removable table which is easily stored in the wardrobe. The rotating captain chairs create more living space, perfect for a sit-down meal, a game of cards or a lazy book read. Card games are stored in the overhead storage space. Outdoors - Outdoor furniture is stored below the bunk bed and is easy to assemble. We do recommend however that you bring with your own fold-up camping chairs if you plan to be outdoors) A roll-out awning is a perfect cover and a windshield is added protection against rain and wind. An outdoor gas hookup can be utilised for an outdoor BBQ (not currently available). KITCHEN SPACE: A gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, kitchenware, cutlery and stylish melamine and acrylic glassware. A 138 Lt built-in Fridge with a freezer compartment with easy lock doors is gas and electrical. A 3 burner hob gas stove and oven and a microwave are available for your cooking needs. We keep oven gloves, dish towels and cleaning liquids for your use.A digital programmable controller for heating and hot water. BATHROOM SPACE: The bathroom has a hand basin, cassette toilet and shower with curtain. Ample storage space. Toilet paper is available. Please ensure that the toilet is emptied before return - (this is quite important) An outdoor shower point with cold water is accessible at the back of the motorhome - the shower head is stored under the bunk bed (remember this when you come back after a lazy day at the beach!).

Hiring rules

  • Travelling Restrictions : Travelling to the Isles, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scotland, France, and abroad is prohibited. Only local travel to Wales and parts of England is allowed.
  • Pets: No pets allowed, including wellbehaved animals.
  • Insurance Requirements : Hirers must be aged between 27 and 70 years. Driving licences are restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU, and NZ. Drivers must have no more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
  • Mileage is set at 150 miles per day. An additional charge of 45p per mile will apply for any mileage exceeding this limit.
  • Parking Fines, Penalty Charge Notices, and Toll Fees: The hirer is responsible for all parking fines, penalty charge notices, and toll fees, which will be passed on accordingly.
  • Trips to Events/Festivals: We are open to discussing festival and event hire. We do allow certain familyfriendly festivals, but please contact us to discuss your plans before booking.
  • Smoking and Vaping are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Toilet Cassette and Grey Water the toilet and grey water tank must be completely emptied prior to the return of the vehicle.
  • Gas Usage: Please declare upon return whether the gas was used or if the bottles have been emptied.
  • Diesel: The vehicle is provided with a full tank of diesel and must be returned full. Please refill at our nearest garage before dropoff.
  • Cleaning: The motorhome must be returned in a clean and tidy condition, matching the state in which it was collected. Additional charges will be incurred if professional cleaning or laundering is required for items such as mattress protectors and carpets due to stains, grease, or spills.
  • Emergencies/Accidents: In the event of an emergency, accident, loss, or damage, you must inform us immediately.
  • Hirer must be 27 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a wonderful time for 5 days at Glastonbury with Teresa and Juans van. Teresa gave us comprehensive brief before we left and remained in contact throughout our time at Glastonbury which was really helpful. The van itself was very well equipped and comfortable to sleep in. It was our first experience with a campervan but we really really enjoyed the time. Unfortunately there was an engine issue requiring the van to be recovered from Glastonbury back to Reading. This was of course through no fault of Teresa and Juan and was as frustrating for them as much as for us. I am confident we were just plain unlucky and once fixed should be fine. Overall an excellent experience and would happily rent from Wanderlust again. Only small issue was only 1 USB port and with 4 of us charging devices, even with a multi adaptor, it was a challenge. We wish Teresa and Juan luck with fixing the van and maybe rent the van again If we are lucky enough to get tickets for another Glastonbury!

    Wanderlust is a beautiful mobile home. We had a fantastic time on her. Juan and Teresa are very friendly, helpful and they made our whole holiday experience in Wanderlust just perfect. We wont hesitate to book another holiday in Wanderlust.

    My partner and I had the perfect wanderlust experience - we would recommend to anyone seeking comfort, safety, space & convenience on their adVANture :D Juan & Teresa were very friendly & accommodating. The communication was excellent & prompt. The love & care the owners have for the campervan was evident in the information pack & guide that we received containing numerous informative & easy-to-follow YouTube videos - these were incredibly helpful & useful for us & ensured efficient use of the camper. Overall we are happy with the experience & if we plan to travel again we would 100% rebook Thank you

    Juan and Teresa was really helpful during our tour. Everything in the van was exactly it was described. My family really enjoyed using the van. Highly recommended. Definitely will be visiting next time to hire it.

    We had such an amazing camper experience! Teresa and Juan were kind, professional and helpful at every step. I had never driven a van before and was a bit anxious, but they were available for any questions we had during our trip. Wanderlust is a great camper too - its got everything you need and more. Would recommend without any hesitation. Thanks so much Teresa and Juan for lending us your pride and joy!
