Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jack 4.5Our experience in Renee was fantastic. The van was clean and had a full tank of fuel upon pick-up. Michelle's communication was friendly, frequent, and relaxed, which made our experience seamless. The van is equipped with some heavy-duty off-road tyres, which made our NC500 trip comfortable and safe. The ECO mode in the van kept our fuel usage low and made us all less guilty of our carbon footprint. The leisure battery was also sufficient for 3 people to charge their phones up overnight, although the fridge and lights were sometimes sacrificed for charging other appliances. Our only disappointment was that the toilet was out of use due to the prior users breaking it and the awning had been left wet. Though, this was not completely of Michelle's fault, as she had just taken over the business. Overall, we had a great trip, thank you to Renne and Michelle!
