  Our experience in Renee was fantastic. The van was clean and had a full tank of fuel upon pick-up. Michelle's communication was friendly, frequent, and relaxed, which made our experience seamless. The van is equipped with some heavy-duty off-road tyres, which made our NC500 trip comfortable and safe. The ECO mode in the van kept our fuel usage low and made us all less guilty of our carbon footprint. The leisure battery was also sufficient for 3 people to charge their phones up overnight, although the fridge and lights were sometimes sacrificed for charging other appliances. Our only disappointment was that the toilet was out of use due to the prior users breaking it and the awning had been left wet. Though, this was not completely of Michelle's fault, as she had just taken over the business. Overall, we had a great trip, thank you to Renne and Michelle!
