Hiring rules
- Strictly no smoking/vaping
- No pets OR pets only upon application
- No stag/hens
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee of £30.00
- Standard pickup / dropoff times are 3pm pickup, 11am drop off
- Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
- Empty waste water
- Cooking gas to be returned full
- Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
