Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Hirer must clean toilet before returning.
• Vehicle must be clean and tidy upon returning.
• Rented with a full fuel tank (DIESEL) must be full upon return (Extra costs may incur if not full)
• Smoking is strictly prohibited
• We will take a detailed review of the van's condition before and after hire so that all parties are aware of the condition of the van.
• Unlimited UK mainland mileage.
• Trailer maybe attached if the hirer has one, and the correct licence to drive with one
• Please adhere to all speed limits, 60mph on Dual Carriageways and parking laws. (Hirer is fully responsible for all fines, speeding, parking, towing away and release charges)
• Prior to hire we will require evidence that you:
• Have held a full EU or UK drivers license for a minimum of 2 years
• Have not had your license suspended for any period in the last 3 years
• Have no more than 2 convictions with a max of 3 points per conviction
• Have not obtained a BA, DD or UT conviction
• We will also require identity checks including 2 utility bills or bank statements dated within 3 months of the hire, that match the address of the hiring driver and you provide us with a DVLA Check Code.
• Copy of your driving license (front and back)

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
