Britney "Bongo" Spears is a 3 berth Mazda bongo with a side conversion layout idea for a couple or a small family. Britney has a factory fitted electric poptop with a sunroof, this is great for enjoying those early morning views. There is also a zip up fly screen so you can open the roof tent to allow air flow on those hot mornings, there's nothing worse than a stuffy tent. Two people can comfortably sleep in the roof whilst another person sleeps down below. Whilst the kitchen is basic, it is fully functional and meals can be made with ease. There is a 2 ring gas hob with a combined sink. The sink is fed from water canisters below which can be refilled easily. A decent sized fridge with a combined ice box is installed, and all the essential kitchen items e.g. pans, cutlery and utensils are provided. Britney has the additional features of pull down blinds on the rear windows, and window covers for the front windows for keeping the heat under control. She has a drive away awning and separate camp beds available for use if you'd like a bit more space whilst parked up. A chemical portaloo can also be provided for your convenience. Britney has a fully fitted split charge electrical system allowing you to retain power in the leisure battery whilst the engine isn't in use. This means you can use the lights, fridge and 12v outputs for extended periods. If you are on a campsite and have the ability to connect to the grid, then you can plug the van in and this will keep the batteries charged and ready to go. Britney has a 2.5L TDI engine and an automatic gearbox, this makes her a pleasure to drive. She will happily cruise along the motorways or those small country roads.

  • • Must have at least 2 years driving experience (Full UK or EU Licence types)
  • • Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each) without referral.
  • Single convictions totalling 6 points+ will require referral.
  • • No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years
  • Documentation required:
  • • Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (address & ID must be up to date)
  • • Online licence check – check someone’s driving licence information. Please note,
  • DVLA licence checks can only be carried out on driving licences issued from
  • mainland UK
  • • Cleared a traceable security deposit (BACS, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.)
  • • Two proof of address from separate sources:

Refundable Accident Excess

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The bond for this van depends on the owner's insurance policy. Please ask the owner for the amount after your booking request. Camplify will charge you up to this amount per damage event on behalf of the owner.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
