Hiring rules

Elvis will be "All shook up" if the following rules are broken..
• No Smoking / Vaping
• No Festivals
• No Parking on Beaches
• No EU Travel / UK Only
• No off road Driving
• Pets allowed but an additional £30.00 charge will be applied per booking
• Weekly mileage limit: 1,000 mi
• Price per extra mile: £0.30
• Collect with a full tank of Petrol and returned full please, an additional service charge of £20.00 to fill up, plus the petrol cost.
• Return clean or a £50.00 cleaning charge will apply
• Portta Potti available at £10.00 per day must be returned with emptied and cleaned if not an additional £25.00 on top of any cleaning charges
• Pickup Time from: 09:00 AM
• Return Time: 11:00 AM
• Vehicle to be returned within specified time or late fee will apply. £100.00 late fee plus £300.00 per day should the vehicle not be returned at agreed date.
• 3 nights minimum
Elvis is like new so please take care of the King!
Insurance requirements
i) are not under the age of 23 or over 75 years of age.
ii) has held a full UK or EU license for a minimum of 2 years.
iii) has not had their license suspended for any period within the last three years.
iv) has not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last three years.
v) has no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
vi) has not obtained a BA,DD or UT conviction

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From £99.00 per day
Service fee: £50.00

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £700.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Great, everything worked and good equipment provided. NB no levellers included so need to find a flat pitch for comfortable use.

Hired this over a two night trip to try out CV living before considering a purchase. Excellent hand over from the two very friendly owners. The young Elvis van was well-equipped . With a much needed awning and brand new pota potty available ( not many provide this). The only issue we had was a malfunctioning heater which would have been a great addition in the enclimate weather . Fully recommend this van hire
