  • * If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately.
  • * If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me.
  • * DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Long Trips
  • * Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 100 miles a day, per day booked. Any additional mileage will be charged at 25p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
  • Returning
  • * Standard pickup / dropoff times are MonSun 8am10pm
  • * FUEL Return half tank of DIESEL All hires include a half tank upon departure.
  • * CLEANING RV must be returned clean both internally and externally. All equipment must also be returned cleaned. The cleaning fee will be applied if cleaning hasn’t taken place.
  • * COOKING GAS If cooking gas runs out, please replace like for like (from petrol station) and keep the receipt and we will reimburse you on your return.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Refundable Accident Excess

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The bond for this van depends on the owner's insurance policy. Please ask the owner for the amount after your booking request. Camplify will charge you up to this amount per damage event on behalf of the owner.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
