IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ - Licence & Insurance Conditions Driver must be 21 years of age or over but under 79 years of age Full UK, EU, AU & NZ licences are accepted This is subject to the driver having a minimum of 2 years driving experience No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years Documentation to be shared prior to collection: • Copy of both sides of driving licence for all drivers • 2 proofs of address from separate sources for all drivers * • Online DVLA licence check for all UK licence holders *Accepted proofs of address: • Electricity Bill • Water Bill • Gas Bill • Broadband/Landline Bill • Council tax • TV licence Bill • Bank Statement • Credit card bill / statement • Mortgage statement • Polling card • HMRC self self-assessment / tax credit • Student loan • Shotgun licence • Payslip • Mobile Phone Bills • Pension letters • Car Finance Statement • Loan Statement • Property deed An annual council tax bill will be accepted. All other documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The address & name on your licence must match both documents. Milage Limit: An average milage limit of 100 miles per day applies. For example, a 7 day booking has a milage limit of 700 miles for the hire period. excess miles are charged at 45pence per mile. Cleaning: To avoid additional cleaning fees, the interior of the van must be returned clean. The toilet must be returned empty and clean inside. Additional cleaning fees £50.00 for the interior and £50.00 for an unclean toilet

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Martin communicated promptly before and during the hire period. The van drove smoothly and was well equipped with equipment needed for off grid camping. Everything clean & tidy prior to hiring and with a full tank of both fuel & clean water. Van levelling ramps were also included in the price, NOT additional as other hires. Would definitely hire again from Martin.
