Hiring rules

If you would like to take the camper to Europe we charge £150.00 per booking.
This includes fully comprehensive insurance, RAC full breakdown, unlimited mileage, additional drivers, European driving kit and Sat Nav.
You must choose the van package option if you are going into Europe.
Once a booking has been confirmed all drivers will be required to provide the following identification 48 hours before collection of camper (no earlier as ID needs to be up to date)
Driving licence details front and back
DVLA check code
Bank statement dated within 90 days same address as licence
Utility bill/official letter dated within 90 days same address as licence.
NO EXCEPTIONS

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £120.00 per day

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
