• Rental Returns Terms and Conditions
• Cleanliness
• Upon collection, please observe the condition of the vehicle. Our vehicles are valeted inside and outside prior to your arrival. As stated in your rental agreement, the vehicle is to be returned in the same state of cleanliness as it left. Failure to do so will result in charges being made.
• Scale of charges
• • Vehicle requires external wash  £15.00
• • Vehicle requires internal clean – Motorhome £150.00 Campervan £75.00
• • Toilet Cassette – Failure to empty and sterilise your toilet cassette after use £50.00
• • Smoking – We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles. If there is evidence of smoking in the vehicle a £250.00 charge for professional deep cleaning will be deducted from your deposit.
• Late returns
• In order to avoid disruption to other client's holidays, we require that pickup and dropoff times are strictly adhered too. It is your responsibility to ensure that you leave your destination in good time to return the vehicle to us at the agreed juncture. If the vehicle is late, an initial charge of half a day’s rental fee will be deducted from your deposit rising to a full day's rental fee after two hours past agreed drop off time. All of our vehicles are tracked so we will take into account any extenuating circumstances such as being unavoidably delayed in an accident.
• Damages
• We require that any damages to the vehicles inside or out regardless of fault are reported to us immediately in order for us to source parts or arrange repairs. Please do not wait till you return the vehicle to tell us that it is damaged or in need of repairs. All damages will be assessed on a casetocase basis.
• Required documents prior to booking;
• ** Two forms of proof of address within the last 6 months.
• ** A copy of front and back of your driving license for our insurance company.
• Please note your driving license is not accepted as proof of address. In line with current GDPA these forms of I.D will not be kept on our system.

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Refundable Accident Excess

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The bond for this van depends on the owner's insurance policy. Please ask the owner for the amount after your booking request. Camplify will charge you up to this amount per damage event on behalf of the owner.
