Hiring rules

• Minimum of 7 days hire in July, August and September. 3 Day minimum the remainder of the year. Although if you need to hire for 5 days in July and August please ask as there may be gaps in the diary.
• 1000 mileage cap for week breaks, £0.20 per mile thereafter. 400 mileage cap for 3 day hire, £0.20 per mile thereafter.
• UK Driving Licence only.
• Pick up between 12pm and 5pm (allocated time will be provided due to Covid safety).
• Drop off between 9am and 11am
• A waterproof mattress cover and base sheet for beds will be provided, the hirer needs to bring the rest of the bedding (sleeping bags/duvets and pillows).
• We kindly ask the hirer to keep the seat covers on all seats during the hire and also return the campervan with the interior in a reasonably clean and tidy state.
• We need two proof of address documents in the name of each driver that are at a maximum three months old at the point of rental commencing.
• There is no smoking in the van or around it while the windows are open or the pop top is up.
• The fuel policy is full to full.
• The drivers must meet the following criteria;
• 1) Drivers must be aged 23 to 75 with 2 years UK/EU licence (other licence holders and ages groups can be considered on referral)
• 2) Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x Sp30’s, 3pts each) without referral. Any single conviction totalling 6 points+ will require referral.
• 3) No more than one fault or outstanding accident/claim/incident in the last 3 years

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.
