Hiring rules

No smoking
The vehicle is for use within the UK.
Comes complete with gas, furniture and toilet chemicals.
We do not allow use of the awning.
We offer secure storage for your vehicle and offer pickup from Newcastle Airport.
Mileage is limited to 120 miles per day, additional miles are charged at £0.50 per mile for the first 100 miles then at £1.00 per mile. The Vehicle needs to be returned with the inside clean, charges apply for cleaning, toilet, waste water emptying.
We will need to have 2 Utility bills, drivers licence and National Insurance number.
Pick up is 12.00 & Return 10.00

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
