Hiring rules

  • No smoking in the van
  • Van to be returned in the cleanliness standard it was provided in. Additional cleaning fee of £35.00 to be applied if not brought back in this standard
  • Toilet cassette to be emptied prior to end of the booking. £25.00 fee to be applied if not emptied or completely.
  • Wastewater to be emptied prior to end of the booking. £10.00 fee to be applied if not emptied or completely.
  • Upon pickup, if there are stains on the mattresses, a £35.00 valet fee per mattress needing the deep cleaning will be applied.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Fantastic caravan. Beds were comfy. Shower was hot. Great extras in outdoor seats and table. Plenty of space and storage inside. Fridge was perfect and kept our food and drinks chilled. Definitely recommend this caravan and owners to anyone.
