Cancellations

Julie 4.5Broadly speaking the caravan was as described however the fridge did not work at all for the entire time we were in the caravan. There was no electric hook up available but we were only told when arriving at the caravan that the fridge was unlikely to work without the hookup even though the fridge is designed to work using either battery or gas. This meant we couldnt store any of our refrigerated food and had to throw some of it away. The owner needs to make it clear that the fridge will not work without a hookup rather than say its advisable to have the hook up.
