Hiring rules
- No smoking in the caravan.
- Gas usage charges may apply.
- Caravans may be used at festivals subject to confirmation with owner, festival fees may apply.
- Awnings may be available on request for a small fee Awnings must be packed away dry.
- Cleaning Caravans and used equipment must be cleaned upon return failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of £100.00.
- Caravans must be booked in at a festival, location or camp site. No free camping.
- Damage If damage occurs it must be reported immediately who, what, where and when. Damage fees may apply.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
