• Jessy will be clean and tidy before every hire and products will be supplied for you to keep her fresh please ensure she is in the same condition as she was when she left.
• Vehicle will have a full tank of diesel on pickup and hirer must fill the tank before returning, if vehicle is returned with fuel missing an additional £10.00 plus fuel cost will be made.
• Toilet & waste water must be emptied upon return £40.00 will be deducted if not emptied and cleaned.
• Pets
• One wellbehaved dog is allowed per booking. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted in the motorhome.
• If there is any evidence of a cat (including hair, odour, or damage), a £250.00 cleaning and deodorising fee will be charged.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Jessy was exactly what we needed for our mini trip to the Lakes. Clean and tidy with everything we needed. Easy to drive, comfy and made our trip a delight! Jess gave us a great handover explaining everything-completely faultless service and would highly recommend. Absolutely first class!

Jessica was on hand to answer any questions and send over any information needed she really goes above and beyond to make sure thing go smoothly.   We were incredibly excited for our 9-day NC500 adventure, but sadly, our experience with this motorhome was marred by repeated technical issues that significantly disrupted our plans. After just the first night, the electric hookup cable failed, leaving us without power at campsites we had specifically booked electric pitches for. It took us three and a half days to figure out that the cable itself was the issue. When trying to diagnose the problem early on, the suggestion given was to return the motorhomesomething that would have been devastating for us and the kids. Once we purchased a new cable ourselves from a campsite, the electric hookup worked fine for the remainder of the trip. More critically, on Day 6 the motorhome failed to start, and roadside assistance had to be called out. Unfortunately, this became a daily occurrencerequiring jump starts on Days 7 and 8. By Day 8, the issue escalated to the point where we felt forced to cut our once-in-a-lifetime trip short and return the motorhome early, as we could no longer rely on it starting at all unless the engine was kept running. As a result, we missed out on a day and a half of planned activities and sightseeing. The unreliability of the vehicle cast a shadow over what should have been a joyful, bucket-list journey. Additionally, if you're travelling with young children who require car seats, this motorhome may not be ideal. We had one toddler seat and one booster seat, and it was a tight squeeze to secure both side by side on the bench seat. The outer seat, in particular, didnt feel safeit was right on the edge and slid slightly when turning corners. To be fair, Jess was communicative and did her best to support us throughout. However, for a trip of this scaleespecially with childrenthe condition and setup of the motorhome were simply not up to standard. This experience left us disappointed and heartbroken to have missed out on so much of what we had planned.
