Hiring rules
- Collection Times: Pick up is 1.30pm and drop off is 10.30.
- Parking of hirers car in a secure facility: £35.00 per week
- Emergency: If any dashboard warning lights appear, pull over immediately. In the event of an accident, move off the road, stay safe, and contact Camplify at 0330 8081811, your breakdown service provider, or me.
- Damage: Any damage must be reported immediately.
- Mileage: The standard allowance is 200 miles per day. Any additional mileage will incur a charge of 35p per mile, deducted from your bond.
- Restrictions: No offroad driving, beach driving, or smoking in the vehicle.
- Water Tanks: Please ensure the clean water and grey water tanks are emptied before returning the vehicle.
- Toilet Cassette: The toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned before returning the vehicle.
- Cleaning: Ensure all equipment and the interior of the van are cleaned before return.
- Fuel: The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sean 5.0Brilliant van, very easy to drive. We spent the Easter weekend on the east coast and it was lovely and warm(even in storm Dave) we didnt use the bathroom but everything worked exactly as it should. Joe was very helpful and on hand should we have needed him.

John 5.0We had a fantastic few days away in the Motorhome from Long Way Round. The Motorhome was in excellent condition, with everything working perfectly. The handover and overview of all the functions were thorough during pick-up, and the return process, including the return of the deposit, was incredibly quick. The owners were very flexible, going above and beyond to accommodate us. There were no issues at all. I highly recommend hiring this Motorhome.
