Hiring rules

• Collection Times: Pick up is 1.30pm and drop off is 10.30.
• Parking of hirers car in a secure facility: £35.00 per week
• Emergency: If any dashboard warning lights appear, pull over immediately. In the event of an accident, move off the road, stay safe, and contact Camplify at 0330 8081811, your breakdown service provider, or me.
• Damage: Any damage must be reported immediately.
• Mileage: The standard allowance is 200 miles per day. Any additional mileage will incur a charge of 35p per mile, deducted from your bond.
• Restrictions: No offroad driving, beach driving, or smoking in the vehicle.
• Water Tanks: Please ensure the clean water and grey water tanks are emptied before returning the vehicle.
• Toilet Cassette: The toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned before returning the vehicle.
• Cleaning: Ensure all equipment and the interior of the van are cleaned before return.
• Fuel: The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

  The amenities in the van were excellent and Joe couldnt do enough to ensure that we enjoyed our trip. The deposit was refunded on the day of return. Highly recommended.

  We hired this van to attend Silverstone F1 with the family and had a fantastic time, thanks to plenty of comfortable sleeping areas and a modern interior. I will definitely use this van again next year. Joe was very helpful and had great communication during our time. Thank you!

  I hired a campervan for the week from Joe and his lovely partner. We had the most wonderful week and the camper is lovely and spacious inside. Communication was great prior to using the campervan and the bond was returned the day we came home. Would 100% use again and we look forward to this.   We had a fantastic few days away in the Motorhome from Long Way Round. The Motorhome was in excellent condition, with everything working perfectly. The handover and overview of all the functions were thorough during pick-up, and the return process, including the return of the deposit, was incredibly quick. The owners were very flexible, going above and beyond to accommodate us. There were no issues at all. I highly recommend hiring this Motorhome.
