We are 10 minutes away from Heathrow airport. We can provide free parking for your vehicle upon request (subject to availability). We are happy to deliver the vehicle to you within a 50 mile radius at a rate of £2.50 per mile.

Hiring rules

• When we request it, Please send the following
• Copy of your drivers license
• (Minimum 2 Years UK / EU / USA/ Australia license and your at least 25 years old. )
• 2 x Proof of address dated within 2 months ( phone bill and card/bank statement, see below )
• Copy of your license, the address must match the proof of address.
• Maximam 6 points on your license. Send us a Check code report from dvla https://www.gov.uk/viewdrivinglicence

• Please confirm You have never had insurance declined or refused.
• Please confirm you have no more than 1 fault accident claim in the last 3 years.
• No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
• No smoking inside the van
• No pets OR pets only upon application
• festivals must be requested, we do accept if requested.
• Hirer age restrictions (Camplify Flex insurance covers 30 70 yrs of age)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
• Van must return cleaned or will incur a £150.00 fee.
• Pick up from midday or earlier if requested Drop back by 5pm
• No freecamping
• Travel distance (radius from base) limits Uk only unless requested.
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 150 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• Gas Cylinder £40.00 cash to pay upon collection of vehicle.
• Toilet cassette must be empty upon return. We charge £50.00 if not
• No smoking

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.
