Self drive hire insurance requirements are straight forward. * 2 proofs of address dated within 3 months. Utility bill and card statements/ council tax bill for the main driver only * Copy of both sides of the driver license. Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.K * The license address must match the proof of address. * You will need to provide a provide online dvla check code, see this link. * Up to 6 points on your license is acceptable (2 lots of 3points) * If you have more points, we can ask out insurers. * You must never of had insurance refused or declined. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Hiring rules

• pets on request. Small dogs welcome.
• No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
• No smoking inside the van
• No pets OR pets only upon application
• festivals must be requested, we do accept if requested.
• Hirer age restrictions (Camplify Flex insurance covers 30 70 yrs of age)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
• Van must return cleaned or will incur a £150.00 fee.
• Pick up from midday or earlier if requested Drop back by 5pm
• No freecamping
• Travel distance (radius from base) limits Uk only unless requested.
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 150 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• Gas Cylinder £40.00 cash to pay upon collection of vehicle.
• toilet cassette must be empty and clean upon return, we charge £50.00 if not empty.
• you are responsible for all fines and tolls

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

  It was brilliant. We had no issues with the van. It was clean inside out and was perfect mechanically.

  Our holiday was excellent, small tour of Scotland and Northern UK with 2 mates (3 adults total). The van: The van had plenty of room for us (including our 3 bikes), personally I'd say you'd just about be happy with up to 4 adults total; any more people and it'd certainly be tight for space. More fridge space than expected which was a massive help as we done most of our cooking beforehand. Beds were comfortable. Excellent shower - good pressure and temp, impressed with how quick the gas can warm the water tank up. Van was provided in a more than clean state. Mechanically sound, no issues whatsoever there. Parminder: Comes across very reasonable, made every effort to explain to us all the (small) issues with the van so we weren't left with any problems. The handover was thorough but brief, allowing us to fully understand everything on/in the motorhome but not holding us up too long to get on the road! All round a pleasant experience, please note this list is not exhaustive and we are new to motorhomes so some of these points may seem 'noddy' to some but for us they were a big bonus.

  Great Campervan, 2nd time hire and just as good as the first. The space was ideal for all the family, very warm in the evening. Like a home away from home!

  Loved this camper! It was especially great because it had a tow bar, so we could use for our racing weekend. The space was great and the shower was surprisingly powerful. Parminder was a wonderful host, very responsive and keen to hear about our winning weekend. Would highly recommend.

  The T line camper was great! Such a modern motorhome, with comfy beds and smart interior. Drives like a car, and is very smooth & safe- worth spending a bit extra for. Also had a nice warm shower and efficient solar power! There were 4 of us sharing, 2 young couples and there was plenty of space- we had a great time. Parminder was very responsive from our initial enquiry. He was great explaining the Motorhome functionalities to us during hand-over, and advised we record how to use the control panel (which did come in handy!)Hes very friendly and was happy for us to text him during our time renting if needed. Will be back to hire again soon!
