Hiring rules

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the van.
Pets Welcome: Pets are allowed but must be kept off the seats. A pet cleaning kit is provided to help keep their paws clean and the van tidy.
Fuel Policy: Please return the van with a full tank of fuel. If not, the cost of refueling will be charged.
Cleaning Policy: The van must be returned cleaned both inside and out. A £120.00 cleaning fee will apply if the van is not returned in an appropriate condition.
Toilet Cleaning: The toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning the van. We will provide a list of sites where this can be done on booking. A £50.00 cleaning fee will apply if the toilet is not emptied and cleaned.
Water Tank: Please refill the water tank before returning the van if possible.

Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
