Hiring rules
- Vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel it should be returned the same
- £50.00 fee plus cost of fuel will be charged if not returned full
- No smoking or Vaping in the vehicle
- All waste should be emptied and toilet cassette fully cleaned and returned empty
- £100.00 fee will be charged for additional cleaning if toilet cassette is returned full/not cleaned
- Van interior should be returned clean and tidy
- Any cooking splashes cleaned in kitchen area
- All utensils/cups/glasses/dishes and pans should be fully cleaned
- Living/garage area should be cleaned & hoovered
- All rubbish removed
- Mattress protectors supplied must be used at all times
- Evidence of nonuse will incur an additional cleaning fee (variable according to quote from upholstery cleaning partner)
- Any driving/parking offences will be forwarded to lead hirer immediately upon receipt at hour registered address.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

All the additional bits and bobs we thought we might need were supplied. Both the pick-up and return handovers went to plan. Would recommend James and his van to anyone. Looking forward to arranging another adventure some time soon.

It was compact enough so that we could still find parking in the Cotswold villages, easy to drive, and a comfortable living space. There were just 2 of us and our dog. Perfect Thanks James
