  • ***No smoking anywhere in the motorhome.***
  • * Pick up times between 08am12pm.
  • * Drop off time 10am4pm.
  • *** When returning the motorhome, please ensure that it has at least the same amount of fuel as it was supplied with.
  • *The interior of the motorhome must be clean, and the grey water waste tank must be emptied.
  • *The toilet must be cleaned and the cassette emptied.
  • *All provided equipment must be returned with the motorhome.
  • *Any issues or breakages must be reported immediately.
  • *** Failure to follow the rules will result in the following charges:***
  • *** Toilet cleaning and/or emptying: £75.00***
  • *** Pet cleaning (if applicable): £200.00 (in addition to the motorhome cleaning fee)***
  • *** Evidence of smoking: £250.00£750.00 (please do not smoke)***
  • *** Interior cleaning of motorhome: £100.00***
  • *** Missing items/breakages: cost of the item.***
  • * There is a refillable LPG gas tank (full)
  • *The van comes with a full tank of fuel it needs to be filled up again on return.
  • * Awning must be paced away when not in use and during adverse weather conditions as such condition are likely to result in damage
  • *Upon receiving your rental, you will be provided with a clean motorhome fully equipped and ready for your adventure. We kindly request that you treat the motorhome with the utmost care while enjoying your trip, and return it in a clean condition.
  • *Please do not attempt to clean or wash the exterior of the motorhome, as this requires a specialised process that could potentially cause damage.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
