Hiring rules

We would be grateful if you could please respect our space as others will be using the facility after you. The decor is to remain as how you find it as all breakages, loss or damage of items will be accounted for and billable. We want you to be happy in our caravan and feel at home. We are sure you will be mindful and thoughtful of your neighbours as they are a great community up in Burnham.

Please also be advised of our strict cancellation policy for the holiday home which runs in line with Haven's cancellation policy.
We understand that sometimes your plans or circumstances may change and you may need to make alternative holiday arrangements. If you are unable to go on your holiday, we will always try to find an alternative for you. If you would like to discuss the options available or cancel your holiday, please call our team. They will be available to help you from 7 days a week.

Please be aware that cancellation charges will be incurred if cancelling after 24hrs of making your booking. In some cases, we may also need to ask you for some paperwork to process your cancellation.

Service fee: £30.00

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £50.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
