* PLEASE NOTE THAT BREAKS ARE GENERALLY MONDAY-FRIDAY (4 NIGHTS) OR A FRIDAY TO MONDAY (3 NIGHTS). 2 NIGHT AND 7 NIGHT STAYS CONSIDERED. * CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR BREAKS ARE A SET PACKAGE. A beautifully equipped 2 bed/6 berth caravan with wrap-around decking, double glazing and central heating. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and lovely views of a large grassy area and 2 fishing ponds. There is a double wardrobe with drawers (coat hangers provided) and a hairdryer for your use. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe (with coat hangers) and some shelving. Both bedrooms have a TV and fresh bedding is provided for you. There is a large shower, basin and toilet in the family bathroom. The kitchen boasts ample storage, an integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven with hob, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and a small integrated ironing board. An iron is also available. Tea, coffee, sugar ad hot chocolate are provided for you upon arrival. Snuggle up under cozy throws in the living room, with the warm glow of the fire, whilst watching Freeview TV, or a DVD. There are lots of activities to keep the kids entertained too. Outside, a hot tub with mood lighting is surrounded by decking lights and is screened for your privacy. There is seating around the hot tub, as well as on the front veranda.

Refundable Accident Excess

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The bond for this van depends on the owner's insurance policy. Please ask the owner for the amount after your booking request. Camplify will charge you up to this amount per damage event on behalf of the owner.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
