Additional Property Information: • WiFi - Yes, free unlimited WiFi available • Parking - Near to the accommodation. Please do not park on the grass or next to the accommodation. • Pets - No pets allowed • Utilities - Mains water, electric and gas bottles • Heating - Gas fire in the lounge and electric panel heaters in each bedrooms • Bedding - Bed linen is not provided. Please remember to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets. You will also need to bring your own towels.

Cancellations

- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
