Located at the top of the Brae in the beautiful St Andrews, home of golf this caravan has easy access to the most beautiful famous golf courses including the Old Course. Enjoy beautiful views over East Sands and the Harbour, enjoys walks, shopping and so much more! Enjoy a cozy setting in the caravan equipped with double glazed windows and central heating to enjoy all weathers. You can also enjoy morning coffee and barbeques on the patio overlooking the beach and if you are not in the mood to cook the newly remodelled clubhouse is close by to enjoy some home cooked food in nice surroundings! The clubhouse also has a new beautiful patio. The caravan lounge and dining area is all open plan with a huge pull out sofa. There is a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave and plenty cooking utensils. There are two double bedrooms with plenty storage space. Wonderful shower in bathroom area. Central heating keeps the bathroom nice and cozy! This is truly a special place to make memories all times of the year so hope you enjoy the beauty that St Andrews and Kinkell Braes has to offer. I want you to enjoy the surroundings and feel quite at home.

Small dogs is a possibility but must be discussed and a pet deposit required at time of booking.

Refundable Accident Excess

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The bond for this van depends on the owner's insurance policy. Please ask the owner for the amount after your booking request. Camplify will charge you up to this amount per damage event on behalf of the owner.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
