- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the trailer tent.
- Pets: Allowed Please notify us in advance if you're bringing a pet.
- Cooking: Outdoor cooking equipment is provided. Please use it safely and responsibly.
- Cleanliness & Care
- Cleaning Policy: Please leave the trailer tent tidy. Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. A security deposit may be required.
- First Aid & Emergencies: A first aid kit is provided.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £400.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
