Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Elizabeth 5.0Neils van was perfect for us- wed never driven a campervan before. It was super well-equipped- we only needed our backpacks and groceries and we were ready to head to the Highlands! There were lots of helpful touches like tea and coffee and extra blankets. Neil was very kind and flexible, communicating clearly and even picking us up and dropping off at the station. Very clear handover and practice drive. Neil went above and beyond to demonstrate all the functions of the campervan and ensured we were comfortable driving. Would strongly recommend- 10/10 experience!

Elmer 5.0We had a great time driving around Scotland in Neil's van. It's not like one of those colossal units but the perfect size for comfortable living and travelling. Neil was easy to communicate with and the handover was very smooth, he even picked us up from the centre of Inverness. A great way to move around Scotland and have a bed an kitchen everywhere you go.
