Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Sadly we were unable to sleep in the pod as it was damp and had a severe musty smell. The battery was also flat so had to sleep in the car. This needs a lot of work before being hired out.
