Hiring rules
- Please provide as much notice as possible when you would like to hire our van; lastminute requests (less than 7 days' notice) are difficult to accommodate.
- PLEASE NOTE: Availability for next year will be from October
- England, Wales & Scotland travel only; not available for Ireland or European trips, sorry.
- We would greatly appreciate it if our motorhome is used primarily as a base for your trip, rather than as a touring vehicle. The van is 8.0m long, so it is not ideal for travelling around towns and villages.
- Return in the same condition as collected (externally and internally), complete with an agreed level of diesel in the tank.
- Empty the toilet cassette before returning.
- Drain freshwater, wastewater & boiler tanks before the return journey.
- A £40.00 6kg propane gas bottle charge will apply if you are staying on a site without an electric hookup.
- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 35 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Please be aware our van is available to be picked up from 7:30 am; the collection process takes a good hour, and must be dropped off before 7 pm (Summertime) or 4 pm (Wintertime) which takes 30 minutes.
- Your car (and keys) can be left on our drive for the duration of the hire.
- The linen package includes all bedding for the main bed only, together with towels for the bathroom and kitchen.
- BBQ hire £10.00, to be returned clean.
- Hirer must be 35 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
