The innovative design features of this van means you'll never be short on space. Whether you're travelling down for a spot of surfing on the Cornish coast or a jaunt up to Scotland for a cycling holiday, the Zefiro 675 allows you to take all your equipment with you. When travelling the bottom bunk can be lifted up to create a practical storage area and additionally since last season this model has the skyroof fitted in order to maximise the amount of natural light into the motorhome. Sleeping up to six people in a combination of fixed and make up beds, everyone can experience a great nights sleep on the road. Rear bunk beds are perfect for putting the kids to bed early, whilst the overcab double is a private and restful spot to go to at any time of day. The final two berths are made up from the double dinette which also makes the ideal spot to enjoy family meals whilst away.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    There were no surprises, and William was very communicative through text messages throughout the hire. The motorhome ran very well and accommodated a family of 5 without any issues. Done the NC500!

    Our experience with Williams camper van rental from Glasgow was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Upon picking up the van, we were not given full instructions on how things worked. Instead, we were told to phone William's son for assistance. This meant we spent much of our holiday having to call him repeatedly to figure out basic features of the van. Things got significantly worse when, halfway through the trip, the van broke down. When we contacted Williams son for help, he asked us to fix the issue ourselves and promised to reimburse us for any parts purchased. Later, we found out through Camplify that the van actually had breakdown cover, which we were never informed about. This left us stranded for hours, unnecessarily ruining a large part of our holiday. To add insult to injury, the day before we were due to return the van, while at the hospital with our very ill son, the parked van was hit by another car, causing minor damage. We informed William of the situation immediately. However, when we returned the vehicle, his attitude was completely unfriendly, and he offered no apology for the breakdown or the overall inconvenience we faced. He even had the audacity to ask our sons name so he could try to check with the hospital that we were even in there. To make matters worse, we had to pay a £500 excess for the damage caused while the van was parked, through no fault of our own. After returning home, William continued to question us about our driving, going as far as using foul language in his messages. His overall approach was unprofessional and stressful, adding unnecessary negativity to an already difficult situation. Given our experience with the lack of support, breakdown issues, and poor customer service, I would strongly advise against renting from William.

    The van is perfect for a family, it drives like a dream and it has averything you need in a road trip. I've had a perfect communication with the owner, William, and his sons, in the end it was a great first experience on a big campervan.
