Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside
  • Small dogs

  • No festivals
  • Awning stored before any bad weather
  • No free camping
  • Full tank of fuel when returned (pick up is with a full tank of fuel)
  • Clean all equipment/kitchen/toilet on return
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Hi, I acquired Ava last year & travelled to the Cotswolds & we are on to France late August this year. This is my first motorhome & it is great, meeting people, different places & just being on the road.
