Hiring rules
- No smoking fee of £500.00 if any thing is found smell etc.
- Pets are allowed but all trace must be removed fee of £250.00 if found.
- Any damage must be reported straight away.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
